1. Returns Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • The product must have been purchased directly from Mimosabarks.com.

💡 Due to the organic nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened botanical items unless the product is defective or incorrect.


2. Refund Process

If your return meets the eligibility criteria:

  • We will initiate a full refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Refunds will not include original shipping fees, unless the return is due to a shipping error or damaged item on our part.
  • For returns due to product issues, we may request a photo or video as proof before approving a refund or replacement.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, broken, or you received the wrong product, we will resolve it quickly:

  • Contact us via our contact form within 72 hours of receiving your package.
  • Attach photos of the item and packaging to speed up the resolution.
  • We’ll either resend the correct product or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please:

  2. Once your return is processed, place a new order for the item you want via our shop.

5. Cancellations
